Commissions
I am available for commission work. Please email me if you would like a special watercolour painting to capture a memory or as a gift to someone. I will need a high resolution photograph or group of photographs that can be used for reference while creating the commission watercolour painting.
Purchasing Paintings
All of my paintings, that are not already in a private collection, are available for purchase. Payment can be made via Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cheque. The price quoted is for the original watercolour painting and includes postage. The painting will be rolled and mailed out in a cardboard tube. It will need to be carefully flattened on arrival before it can then be mounted and framed. An indication of a suitable frame size is provided with each painting description.
Purchasing Prints
High quality prints on beautiful textured paper are available for any painting that is not in a private collection at a cost of £30.00 each inclusive of postage.

About Me
I have been an amateur artist since the early 80's. I always loved to sketch and draw with graphite pencils, coloured pencils, pastel pencils and then finally progressing to watercolour pencils. I still love to sketch and draw on location as it allows me to capture ideas that can be used later in the studio to create a full sized watercolour painting from my sketch collection and photos.
Having now moved my focus to watercolour painting I feel that I have finally found a medium that I love to work with. The Watercolour painting medium is so flexible and it can be combined with a pen sketch in water-proof ink. It's the transparency of the watercolour paint that makes it both a difficult medium to work with and at the same time, a delight to use, once you master the basic techniques.
I have been painting with watercolour now for well over 20 years and created a great many paintings during that time. The gallery section of this website contains a large selection of my watercolour paintings, grouped together by genre, that I hope you will enjoy viewing.
